We had been planning on going out in the tradition of long lines, crowded restaurants and movie theaters, as is customary on this day of the year - but since post-hairwashing-Takai is just a wee bit too big to fit through the bedroom doorway, it looks like we'll be ordering in and watching Netflix.
I want to dedicate this to Takai. It has been a crazy, busy, exhausting month... And there are days I feel like I can't take another step, I just can't continue on at the rate I'm going. And then she's there to encourage me, to support me, to pick me up and put me back on my feet. Takai, I love you with all my heart. Thank you for everything you do. <3
I hope no matter where you are, or what you celebrate - whether you have someone in your life or not - you have a fantastic night, and a great week. You're all amazing, wonderful people. ^_^
