It's pretty rare when I get asked to draw something that isn't a giant female. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining - I love what I do. But when my friend asked if I could draw Hellboy... That was a really unique challenge, and I really wanted to run with it. I still had to have the 'cute' in there... But gosh this was so fun. I got to play with watercolors, textures, a whole bunch of new techniques!
To my friend, thank you so much for supporting me, and for giving me the chance to draw such an absolute badass. (A badass who probably has a kitten condo) :la:
