When I saw that Rain did a sequel I wasn’t sure how or it would work. While I had trouble understanding the script, especially the “what if?” I knew that if you did the script, the story would unfold for me. You did an amazingly AWESOME job! I loved the “Dragon Girl” reference from Rain’s other story that you worked on. I so wanted the story to end at the 28th minute. I’m such a sucker for happy ending. I think, we, Nice Guys are also damaged romantics. But you made the “alter universe” really work. Tears in my eyes and pain in my heart as we “saw” the steel in Helmet’s spine as he walked away from the Poor Little Rich Girl. Thank you for taking on this story, it must have been a daunting task but you hit the game changing home run, Miguel Rojas style, way you envisioned and shared with us this tremendously moving story. Sorry I’m so wordy. These is just so much here to unpack. Could have wrote a whole essay on this one. GREAT JOB HANA!
