I've been working on moving my lab indoors!

Hey everyone! Thanks for sticking around and helping me out in this time I'm not uploading as frequently. I'm working hard to create a schedule around making videos, but first had to escape the Australian heat from my shed and move everything inside. One other interesting advantage of this though, is that I should be able to livestream on YouTube with this setup.

Chemistry can get a bit boring at times though (like waiting for liquids to boil off), So I found a way to play beatsaber while doing chemistry at the same time in my lab with AR using a webcam taped to my headset lol. Who needs Apple vision pro? pfff. Point is, I'm going for as much chaos as possible! Hopefully I don't knock over any chemicals while playing 👀

I might first practice my livestreaming by hanging out on the patreon discord first, so lemme know if you'd be interested in seeing this :)

Hell yeah brother! You get it

I noticed it, but in case of "unexpectedly wild" reactions it might not (read as "definitely will not") be enough.

Lol.. well.. from the look I'd say matter of seconds to overcome, but yea.. most likely good enough for keeping the curious random passing by outside.

Yeah I certainly agree! I could technically just start livestreaming with a simple webcam, but I wanna make everything actually entertaining and good. Same thing with videos, most of my time is spent planning rather than filming

Oh that's just the locks I use for the shed and gate lol

Mr Green

Yeah there's definitely limitations on what kind of chemistry I can do in the house. I'm thinking of setting up a camera in the shed as well for when I need to do stuff in there instead. You might also notice the giant fume extractor coming down from the roof lol

One more thought about safety.. Not sure, but from photos it seems like you can't quickly separate the rest of the house from the lab. My experience with bromine taught me that you need easy to manipulate and well sealing separation (e.g. doors) from the rest of living area where you can wait until all the toxic fumes are all aired out.

Definitely be interested! Im only one person, but ive always said quality over quantity, ive given up on countless channels that just upload some bs 4 times a week. But ill drop everything for a sam onella or nilered vid!

I wonder what's that "toy lock" on the desk for. :)
