To have a vision is one thing, to actually work hours and hours (years) towards it, that is where most people give up I think. Haha I also read that "10,000 hours thing" in the book Mastery by Robert Greene. Great book more people surely should read. People want over night success, but a strong tree doesn't grow over night, it takes 10,000 hours :)
