Hey Pellek. I just became a patreon today and I found this. I wanted to let you know the reason I watch your videos. I love your diversity and the content. I fell in love with your stuff since I watched your Soul Eater Resonance video. When I'm not in my best emotional state you're the one that makes me feel so much better. I've been wanting to become a patreon but haven't been able to til today. Today I decided I would use the $4 I would put back for candy(I have a major sweet tooth) every 2 weeks and give it to you. You deserve the money so you can help your mom. (And I saw what happened to your father and my heart goes out to you.) I will stay a Patreon and nothing can ever change my mind. Before this you never asked once for anything, not even a thank you, but you kept doing it. The amount of time, heart and professionalism invested in your videos and the resulting quality shows how determined you are. You are doing great, and it costs so much courage and honesty to ask for help, especially when publicly exposed as you are, so do not be ashamed for doing it. You always were humble and encouraging, so there is no need for shame. I hope if the situation should get worse - which I hope it won't - you'll really tell us and allow us to help, if the need should arise. I'd rather triple my pledge and save on some "unnecessary" things than see you suffer and worry. You are too good for that.

I thought that singing is just a hobby, and hobby doesn't require money. Many people do a lot of things just for themselves in order to relax from the difficult work or to brighten up their day. But now I understand that for you it isn't just a hobby - it is a job, a lifestyle or maybe even a meaning of life? I know how important it is. I would have felt bad if I knew that you couldn't continue singing, because you have no money. So I registered on patreon after I saw your previous video, where you explained, what is happening in your life. Even though I cannot afford the biggest support (don't have a job at the moment), still I would like to feel that I am helping and that I can make situation better.

I owe you that much that I can barely pay it back with $1 a month, but even if it’s all I can do I have to do it. So just please have faith and do what you have to do for now. 2017-04-07 08:51:31 +0000 UTCOn the topic of your music helping people, I always listen to your songs while I work out, I've even broken some heavy bags off their hooks while listening to your covers, I was able to continue doing rep after rep and set after set because of your songs( especially silhouette( both versions) and Dag for Dag is absolutely magical. When you released that song I was blown away, I thought that if for no other reason then that song, I was glad to have been a patron. You really are amazing, don't sell yourself short. On the medical side, there is a vitamin called b17 which is said to help cure cancer, now the only thing with this is that it HAS to be from Mexico, the ones from there are real, all the ones from the US are fake garbage silly pills. They can be pricey about $100 per month, and in order for them to work the person taking it must stay on it for the rest of their life. But strories of people going into complete remission exist, my mother did extensive research into it and we bought them for my father and he was on them for several months and doctors were amazed at how much better he got, he actually went into remission. But we couldn't afford it because the price kept going up and up and soon was over $100 every month, so he unfortunately had to stop taking them and the cancer came back, he was lucky and beat it a second time though. Another thing is mindset, patients with this( and other things too) regardless of how bad the doctors say it might be, need the absolute most positive outlook and mindset, they need to say "I can beat this" my mother made my father retain a positive outlook and mindset( which usually isn't easy) that helped him too.

I knew that there were SOME sponsors leaving, but didn't realize how many. Had no idea you got so much less than other kinds of videos either. I just in general thought you made more money off YouTube than you do. After hearing about the issues you're having right now, there was pretty much no hesitation in signing up here. I've watched your videos for at least 3 years now, maybe more (I don't keep track of these things), and it only feels right to support you in a more significant way. I love getting these kinds of videos too, they make me feel more directly connected to the person talking and remind me that you are a person too, not just some creature on the internet that happens to be able to sing.

I got hooked a few years ago with your metal covers in English, and stayed for your voice, no matter the content. Not to mention the Nightmare Before Christmas cover, which I'm absolutely obsessed with! I am so incredibly grateful that you made that video for YouTube the other day. Sometimes we need a reminder that just because our favorite creators are putting out amazing content, they're not being compensated appropriately. For example, the current issues with YouTube sponsorships, or just the simple fact that I had no idea(after years of watching!) that you created all your own backing music. I'm floored! 2017-04-06 12:26:31 +0000 UTCEven though I can't support you with much money (which I wished I could) I want you to know that all the content you have released is far beyond valuable for us than some millions dollars (I hope I expressed that correcly) and, therefore, we love you for doing all oyu do. And, if you're interested, in Spain we have quite good healthcare service (and I think, as you are European, you can manage to get it free) but I'm not aware of the time you should wait. We also have private hospitals with good service (but quite expensive) and faster help but the "problem" is that, in general, public doctors are better than private ones, or are considered better, at least. I wished I could be of more help in that aspect but, please, have in mind Spain for you father's treatments becuase it's much nearer than the US. Good luck on that and see you in the next video.

Like I said, I may not be the MOST active subscriber, and I by no means watch EVERY video, but I acknowledge that if I dont like a particular video or cover, I choose not to watch, thats not because I dont like it but because I havent the need to complain on the video. Not just "PelleK is also drumming and playing guitar and editing", but also "PelleK (and all those other YouTube channelers) are people too, with lives that could be complicated and rough, just like ours." You're the reason I'm on Patreon right now, and you're the reason I will be supporting other artists as well. I can't imagine not knowing what's going to happen to what you've built up over the years, if you're still going to have a source of income in a week or two. I can't imagine how difficult it is for you to still do this with so much passion despite what's going on in your personal life. So thank you for that. About losing Patreons because of their preferences, that's their loss, though. I'd love to see you do things YOU love to do. I like more or less the same things you do - I like your metal songs, anime covers, your original stuff, your Spanish stuff - I just like your talent. I love seeing what you put into your videos, heck, I love how you have your cover ready ONE DAY after an episode airs. It shows passion and dedication, and I really just want you to be able to do all that, and share it with us.
