Corrupted image file restoration?

What happened? I was nearly finished with this bit of artwork featuring Tiffany for Halloween, the goal was to finish it today and post it.
What happened instead? The power browned out then went out while I was saving, then a short bit later when everything was back I tried to open the artwork and all I got was a red, yellow mess, all the layers combined into one and its dead.
This is now the only thing that remains of what was being made, a teaser image.
If any of you can uncorrupt the file, or restore it, be my guest, if you can though, please let me know.
Ill try to finish the other one and then decide on if I should just redo this whole thing. Id have to start all over from the inking stage.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THE PSD FILE IS CORRUPTED! I only provided it in the slim chance somebody can repair it.

2024-09-27 15:40:06 +0000 UTCSadly I don't have fireworks to try it. I don't know if its a paid program or free, but since its adobe, it seems like its a paid program.

2024-09-27 05:47:03 +0000 UTCI only get one "Background" layer in every art program I have. Though I saw a tweet suggesting you open it in Fireworks and save it as a new PSD. Have you tried that?
