Minor upgrades

It may not be super obvious but I added SSS to the tongue and teeth, and made the teeth less round. It won't change much, but it's one more step closer to photorealism, right?

I'm doing my best, but someday I'll have to redo the models themselves too. For now though, I do everything I can on shaders
