It may not be obvious but I added some bilateral blur, that makes the sharp edges (like the shadows close to the fingers) all grainy, and smooth surfaces smoother. That's what most cellphone cameras do to remove noise from pictures in low light, as they're super noisy. I can't post references here, but look around for noisy pictures taken in the dark and you'll see what I mean 😊
