I've always wanted to make my renders look realistic, that's obviously why I like selfies so much. But one thing that reality does better than 3d is looking realistic of course. Cellphone cameras have those imperfections, artifacts, nothing looks perfect, nothing looks artificial. So it's been something that I've been studying for months now, ways to make 3d look "bad", as in "less perfect" you know. I don't think I've managed to make it perfect, but I feel like I'm getting satisfying results, and the solution was really simple, yet I'm not sure it will work every time.. So, we'll see how it goes. I'll always post clean versions next to "realistic ugly" versions of course, so don't worry about missing details.
