PHEW! Moving craziness is just about over!

Pictured: My awesome dad using a Terrifying Saw to help me cut PVC pipe

I know I've been all over the place these last few weeks, but that craziness is finally over! (I recently made a little video about moving, and about how much my life has changed over the three years I was in New Mexico, in case you missed it!)

Almost all of our boxes are unpacked, and I have officially set up my sewing space (which is easily three times as big as ANY sewing space I've ever had... yay!!) so I'm back to work on cosplay and videos!

Just some rapid-fire updates:

May is coming to a close, but since I was unable to complete Chell in that time as I hoped I would, we're gonna need to make some decisions about rewards for this month. I'll put up a poll soon so you can let me know your preferences!

It must have been comedy gold to him. "Dad, can you make me a horse's backside?" "Neigh, neigh and thrice neigh!". "Dad, be serious". "OK, I'll just trot along to Mane street and get some supplies". Daaaaaaaaad!!"

I think he was WAY too busy making "horse's ass" jokes to raise an eyebrow!!

Will that poll include an option for "complete transcript of the conversation you had with your Dad when you explained you wanted him to make you a horse's backside?" No matter how chill he is there has to be a point where at least an eyebrow is raised!

We're trying to keep the centaur structure as simple as possible so that it's less likely to break/fail during the convention! I worry that if I make the structure TOO complex, there will be more ways for it to blow up on me when I'm halfway through a ten-hour convention day!

Hope You are Well. That's Great to hear Your almost finished moving, You will be surprised how fast Your new sewing room fills up even though its much bigger than You've had before. : The Centaurett is coming along Wonderfully, Your Lucky to have such a Helpful Dad, did You think of using a bike chain/cog to help the legs move? : Have a Fabulous day Ginny Di. Take Care & all My Best Wishes.
