I’ve made a few changes in preparation for the big $1,000 milestone goal push, which I’ll be launching on Friday! Here’s a little recap for you.
Pay up Front
I have officially switched to pay up front! Here’s the tl;dr version: Nothing changes for current Patrons! You will still be charged on the first of the month, but now that charge will be for the new month, not for the previous one. That also means that technically speaking, you’re getting July rewards for free, because your last payment was for June, and your next one will be for August — but don’t worry, the payment schedule remains exactly the same, so neither you nor I will be affected!
The good news about this change is that it allows me to post your rewards directly into the Patreon feed without fear that people are going to grab ‘em and run without paying, and I can show you your monthly rewards as I complete them, rather than all at once in a big email!
I’ll probably still send out a monthly email just in case you guys missed any posts as they were made, but now that won’t be the only way to get your rewards.
International Tiers
I have introduced international versions of the Apprentice and Jedi Knight tiers! These are $10 more to cover international shipping. If you would rather remain in the cheaper version of the tier, that’s fine! Your mailed rewards will just be delivered quarterly instead of monthly.
If you want to switch tiers, you can do so by editing your pledge from this page.
Reward Changes
I’ve made a few minor tweaks to rewards! If you have any feedback on any of these changes, please don’t hesitate to give it to me!
Deleted: Cosplay suggestion box ($10)
Honestly, this wasn’t a fair reward to offer to you guys because I pretty much always have my next year’s worth of cosplays planned out, so it’s hard to fit in new stuff. You are still welcome to recommend cosplays to me via PM or comment, just know that I already have a super long list of cosplays I want to do.
Deleted: Surprises, stickers, etc. ($50)
I’m still going to include surprises in the $50 package! I just feel like they’re more exciting if you’re not expecting them. (Although now I’ve ruined it for current Jedi Knights. But new ones will be excited!!)
Changed: Photo editing timelapse ($10)
This reward is staying, but some months, it may be a drawing timelapse instead of a photo editing timelapse!
I’m not currently making any more reward changes, but I am always looking for feedback and input on rewards, and if you ever think of anything you’d like to see offered as a reward, please tell me! (And if you’re particularly enjoying certain rewards, I would appreciate hearing that too, so I don’t get rid of them!)

2017-07-13 14:58:32 +0000 UTCI used to have a raffle, but it turns out it's actually against Patreon's rules! 😞 A lot of people run them so I'm not sure how well-enforced that rule is, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. I can run raffles, just not as part of a tier's reward!

2017-07-13 04:02:49 +0000 UTCHope You are Well.: Cool rock stacking skills Ginny Di, reminds Me of a totem.: Glad to see Your closing in on the $1000 milestone & that You were able to switch to pay up front, at least now You can be certain of Your budget for the month so You can plan out Your work easier.: As for reward suggestions ( not sure if this already exists on the higher tiers ) how about a raffle each month, where You put Your patrons names in a hat/barrel & the name You draw out gets a print or a drawing or possibly even a prop ( eg a prototype from a Cosplay signed sketch of Cosplay ) that You chose.:
