Queenie makeup test!
Added 2017-07-15 17:59:01 +0000 UTCOkay, so first of all, holy crap β we literally just shot past three mini-goals (THANK YOU!) so I need to be working on all Queenie, all the time for a few days!! π¬ I didn't expect to blow past these so quickly!!
Meanwhile, here's the first mini-goal: A Queenie makeup & wig test! This isn't terribly well suited to my skin tone, tbh, because Queenie is very pink and I'm more of an olive sort of pale, but the wig styled really easily, which is great! (It's an Arda Josephine in Fairy Blonde)
As always, I'm wrestling with my too-dark eyebrows that refuse to be covered... any tips? I feel like I've tried everything!
The next three mini-goals that I need to deliver now are the Ilvermorny sorting video, the in-character video as Queenie teaching you to make perfect hot cocoa, and the tutorial for Queenie's wand!

2017-07-16 02:51:45 +0000 UTCHope You are Well.: Wow...that is Awesome to hear, looks like Your going to be super busy, You might have to put of any plans for the rest of the month :-).: I've seen a few reference pictures of Queenie & I think the darker eyebrows work, She was clearly a bottle blond ( Potion Blond ) in the 20's ;-), if Your having issues with lightening You Beautiful eyebrows & still feel they need to be lighter, maybe the only option is to make them thinner.: The wig is Darling on You & You have captured the strawberries & cream skin effect quite well in My opinion.: Have an Amazing day Ginny Di. 2017-07-15 20:27:51 +0000 UTCThank you, good tip!! I naturally have pretty arches brows so I am usually struggling to straighten them rather than arch them, but even mine aren't 20's-level arched, so I'll try to emphasize that more!

2017-07-15 19:38:46 +0000 UTCHonestly, I think it's not too dark. Filling in with a warmer brown might help match the wig's warmth/brightness. Otherwise, I'd just say that Queenie has very high/thin arched brows. You might find that working the shape by adding an almost pointed height at the arch and highlighting just underneath as well as extending the tail of the eyebrow gets you there. ;)

2017-07-15 19:29:42 +0000 UTCGiiiiirl, what are you talking about? Queenie's eyebrows are dark too. Have you seen them? They're dark as the night. The difference is, I think yours are a bit thicker. Hers tapers off a bit more as they extend outward. But don't go changing them, now. The look you've got going is perfectly fine.

2017-07-15 19:17:34 +0000 UTCI ran into the same issue with my eyebrows, I tried school glue + concealer upon recommandation but it only made a mess of peeling glue and my brows were still very visibly dark :/
