I want your feedback!

I've been running this Patreon campaign for around seven months now, and while I kept telling myself that I didn't want to survey you guys on your satisfaction until I'd gotten "into the groove," I'm realizing now that Patreon is a journey and I can't wait for it to be "ready" in order to improve it. SO.

I've put together an anonymous survey to get your feedback on how you feel about the campaign so far, what you like and don't like, and how I can improve it. I have some structured questions, and I've also included some spots where you can write-in suggestions or concerns. (You are, of course, also welcome to send me suggestions or concerns at any time via private messages here, or comments, or email!)

I want your honest feedback, because my top priority with Patreon is to make sure I'm delivering stuff that you guys are interested in. (For example, some of the video rewards that are being delivered to nearly 20 people are getting 3 or 4 views — so obviously that reward is not valuable to people. How can we fix that?) Please don't be shy about letting me know what you do and don't like about this campaign. Everything is flexible, and I want to create thing that you guys want to receive!

There are a lot of facets of my Patreon campaign that I personally am unsatisfied with and want to improve (for example, I know that when I'm not actively working on a costume every night, it gets quiet around here. That's something I don't like, and want to work on.) But as usual, I have way bigger ideas and goals than I can implement all at once, so your feedback will help me narrow down where I should direct my efforts.
