September Video #2: a new "Ginny Rants"!

If you follow me on Twitter, you've probably already heard my stance on this. I'm all for thoughtful critique when it's been requested, but I have a major problem with people who deliver critique whenever they want, to whomever they want. I go in-depth about that in this video!
