Some pin-up before & afters!
Added 2018-12-06 18:00:05 +0000 UTCJust wanted to share a few of the before & afters from the Game of Thrones pin-ups for my calendar! Some of them (like Ygritte, above) were essentially full composites, while others (like Daenerys, below) were more like touch-ups!
Some of these were basically impossible to put together in real life (like... who even owns a real bear-skin rug? And would I want to touch it?? Spoiler: no)

I had originally planned on doing Brienne's scars with makeup, but I ended up shooting SO many pin-ups that day in a short time, so I didn't feel like I had time to do as good a job on SFX makeup as I'd want to. (As for the bow and arrow, I had a friend who was hesitant to lend out his weapons, but was happy to shoot some photos of them leaned up against a wall! Worked out well for everyone!)

I totally assumed that the scars on Brienne were make up and that the bow and arrow for Ygritte were physical props. Great work!
