Started watching One Punch Man - and it was really good! :) Have you watched "Amphibia"? Really great show with an excellent arc as well as stand-alone episodes. It's sort of a mixture between "Gravity Falls" and "Star vs. the forces of Evil". There's even a sort of crossover from Gravity Falls to Amphibia in one episode.
