Let’s see if Amity can bring it home in these last two episodes for the season 1 favourite top spotttt, but like you say Eda’s pretty freaking amazing so she’s got her work cut out for sure!! Okay “Quiddsnitch” has such a better ring to it lol!! And awe dude I wish we still had an athlete on our hands ahaa! Unfortunately I am in nowhere near as good shape anymore and would probably get absolutely BEAT in all the aforementioned sports if I played now🤣 Looking back I kinda wish I’d stuck to some of them if I’m honest, but hey I was young and stupid and made poor life choices in my college years so I guess I only have myself to blame😂 also PHEW just wanted to be sure, I didn’t want you to be thinking “yo wtf that was actually traumatic why you laughing??”, it really kinda worked in your favour then didn’t it, at least there’s a positive you can take away from that experience, that you’ll never have to repeat it😂✨

I am LOVING Amity’s character growth as well!! She’s giving Eda a run for her money as my favorite character at this point! And her and Luz’s romance is freaking EVERYTHING 🥺❤️ I never gave the Snitch a thought until this episode of the Owl House and they totally have a point 🤣 It should just be called “Quiddsnitch” and they should get rid of all the other players hahaha Omg we have an athlete on our hands ladies and gentlemen! Good on you for trying so many different things! And it sounds like you did well in a lot of them 🥳 And oh please, laugh away 🤣 Honestly I don’t even think I was embarrassed or sad about it for that long because I’d been asking my mom to quit soccer for a while before then and that little incident finally got her to listen LOL

Okay WHO is this person and what has she done with Amity?!🤣 All jokes aside that doesn’t do the character justice, there’s definitely been some chipping away at Amity’s rough exterior weaved beautifully throughout Luz’s adventures so far! I like to think that any one of us capable of real change given the correct circumstances and It’s really easy in your younger years to be who you think others want you to be, instead of just being yourself. It just shows how much of a front she was putting on in the earlier half of this season and it’s kinda sad to think about. Even just looking at the role models in Amity’s life e.g. her siblings and old friends it’s easy to see why she started out this season the way that she did. But let me tell you how much I LOVEEE this compassionate, more vulnerable side to her, hanging out with people who clearly more suit her personality and morals! Easily the best developed character in the show so far and an unexpected favourite of mine now for sure! Her crushing on Luz this whole episode too was just the sweeeetest thingggg omg🥺🥺😭😭 I too thought their little blossoming love story was maybe gonna take a backseat for now but I love that it’s all progressing faster than I anticipated because it’s SO CUTE and I’m all here for ittt😭🌟 On another note that little dig they made towards quidditch really made me think, like wow, the snitch is actually quite a ridiculous part of the game and almost completely takes away from either teams performance or overall skill level😂 It looks way more fun than any nonfictional sport we have though so it gets a pass from me lol. In answer your question I don’t play so much anymore, besides the occasional friendly rugby match, and we know where doing that got me😅 but back in my high school and college days I really wanted to try everything that was available to me, I was on the rugby, football, basketball, cricket, tennis and badminton team, I also won some medals in Athletics tournaments and throwing events at Manchester City stadium for things like javelin, discus, high jump, long jump and long distance races. I wasn’t very good at basketball I have to admit but was totally roped into it due to the fact that I was already like 6ft2 when I was 15, I couldn’t argue it made sense on paper😂 Your soccer story killed me and also broke my heart in equal parts, I hope you know I’m only laughing with you because I bet that wasn’t a fun experience at the time! So glad to hear you had a lovely time with your family mate, hope you’re well and thank you for another awesome video✨

Honestly my upper body strength was never that great as I have loose connective tissue issues. my muscles require more far more energy to tense up than others. It also means my muscle tissue when not tensed extra relaxed and expanded. Basically my muscle tissue makes me look fatter than I actually am. That part of it sucks as it means I'll always look fat no matter how much I work out. On the flipside I have hyper-flexibility. I am unusually flexible for a person my age or size lol. It also means I'm less likely to suffer from serious muscle, tendon, and cartilage injuries. My legs on the other hand, well let's just say if I kick someone it'll do damage.

Ooooh a little bit of everything! That’s super cool! I’ve always been interested in taking boxing classes but I don’t know if my wee little arms are fit for the sport? Lol

And that’s honestly so cool that you played chess! I wish my mind worked that way, but I can barely keep up with my current move nevermind my next move and the move after that 🤣

I loved the Quidditch reference as well and honestly had never given it much thought up until this point! But it’s so true 🤣 And OMG I would be all here for that drama. Of course I want them to be together in the end but something tells me a few roadblocks will get in the way before that happens 😶 Oooh you know what else could be juicy? If Amity’s parents forbid them from dating! Especially after the way they treated Willow, I wouldn’t be surprised if Mr. and Mrs. Blythe don’t approve of their daughter dating a human 🙊

Sports: When I was six I played soccer but I quickly lost interest in that. When I was nine I joined a handball team. I was the goalkeeper and I was pretty good at it. Only problem was that they changed the location and their schedule. So instead of me playing in a sportshall located near my home and playing during the weekends, I had to play in another sportshall during early school mornings and I was not for that at all, so I had no choice but to quit.

I did debate, and acted in a play, I studied a little martial arts and took some boxing classes but they weren't through the school,

This was a great episode. I love how it addressed the problem with Quidditch and having a Snitch. I was a little disappointed that they didn't come up short after Eda had just won her match. I was hoping they would lose and the other players would still show them respect, and then BAM! there it was -lol. I almost worry that Willow's star rapidly rising while still holding onto so many insecurities could turn her resentful and maybe even into a villain. Amity has got to learn to keep it together -lol. I think the problem is that she basically gave her feelings life by writing that note and now she can't repress them like she could before. It's the same way they always say to write your goals down in order to help you accomplish them. It makes them tangible. I hope Luz stays oblivious and starts showing an interest in someone else while confiding in Amity; Draaaamaaaaaaaa! Lol But just for a little while. In high school I was in accelerated education courses and VP of the Chess Club. I had enough credits to graduate after my junior year. I did play basketball and football quite a bit outside of school with my neighborhood friends, but I was pretty focused and nerdy once the bell rang -lol. My senior year I attended a school for the arts outside of Nashville, with a focus on visual arts. We didn't have any athletics there. As a kid, I did play some Little League baseball in Michigan and football in Kentucky, but I went to 26 different schools, so organized sports was impossible. I could only control my book learnin'. Then the year after high school I came out of my shell like a snail with a bottle rocket up its tailpipe!

Sports: in high school and college I was in the band. As an adult, dog agility.

Hey Alycia! Great reaction as always & I'm glad you enjoyed your fam bam! Kids grow so fast don't they?! I used to play basketball a lot during my youth, but I can totally relate to your soccer story! During a P.E exercise, I had to play the one sport I'm horrible at which is soccer and I also accidentally kicked the ball into the wrong goal. My teammates called me every insult in the book that day lol. Definitely not one of my proudest moments.
