Allogor, a duke, & appeareth like a fayer knight, & beareth in his hand a speare with a banner, & giveth trewe aunsweres, & he openeth all doubtes, & showith howe they maye be brought to passe, & what shall happen, & under him he hath legions 30.

From Pseudomonarchia 

Allocer [Alocer] is a strong duke and a great, he commeth foorth like a soldier, riding on a great horsse, he hath a lions face, verie red, and with flaming eies, he speaketh with a big voice, he maketh a man woonderfull in astronomie, and in all the liberall sciences, he bringeth good familiars, and ruleth thirtie six legions.

From The Lesser Key

The 52d spirit [in order] is called Alloces -- he is a great & mighty strong duke, appearing in ye forme of a souldier ridding on a great horse; his face is like a Lyons, very redd, having Eyes flaming, his speech is hoarse & verry Bigg; his office is to teach ye art of Astronomy, & all ye Liberall siences, he Bringeth good familiars & ruleth 36 Legions of spirits, his seal is Thus made, & [is] to be worne, &c.

Notes: Interesting in that descriptions of allocer are different in the Libre Officorum. In it, he appears much more warlike, toting a spear and offering assistance with battle plans. Though this does translate well to the more recent accounts which feature things like astronomy and liberal science, both pursuits of wisdom and planning. What is also strange is the completely incongruous citation from Discoverie of Witchcraft, which associates Allocer with procuring the love of women, something not mentioned in any other text. 

Given their martial appearance and association with planning and strategy, I would place Allocer squarely under Paimon as an element of the infernal officer corps. Perhaps a field commander to Paimons General.
