He is a Great Marquis, appearing in the Form of an Angel with a Head like a Black Night Raven, riding upon a strong Black Wolf, and having a Sharp and Bright Sword flourished aloft in his hand. His Office is to sow Discords. If the Exorcist have not a care, he will slay both him and his fellows. He governeth 30 Legions of Spirits, and this is his Seal, etc.

Andras is a great marquesse, and is seene in an angels shape with a head like a blacke night raven, riding upon a blacke and a verie strong woolfe, flourishing with a sharpe sword in his hand, he can kill the maister, the servant, and all assistants, he is author of discords, and ruleth thirtie legions.

FROM THE DICTIONNAIRE INFERNAL

Andras, who commands thirty legions, has the body of an angel and the head of an owl. He rides a black wolf and carries a saber. He can give advice on how to kill, and he can escalate quarrels and discord.

Notes: There is an edge of explicit brutality to Andras. His only abilities seem to be those of conflict. His martial associations more than likely put him under Paimon and Vine. I would not be surprised if Andras acted as an enforcer for the infernal armed forces. A loyal ally to the King of the West, ensuring that the rank and file is kept. According to Dante the greatest sin is treachery, and this is likely true even among demons.

Brand of Discord - The marked is able to induce violent rage in a small radius around them, causing anyone caught in the effect to become aggressive towards the nearest person. The marked is resistant, but not immune to the effect.
