FROM THE DICTIONIARRE INFERNALE
Haagenti, great president of Hell. He appears in the shape of a bull with wings of a griffin. When he shows himself wearing a human face, he makes men skilled in all things. He perfectly teaches the art to transmute all metals into gold and to make excellent wine with clear water. He commands thirty three legions.
Appearance: A bull with a gryphons wings
Subrace: Unknown
Abilities: Transmutation
Legions: 33
Rank: President
Notes:
The depiction as a winged bull is fascinating. It mirrors how Luke the Evangelist is depicted as a winged bull in early christian iconography. The bull represents tenacity, strength, service, and especially sacrifice. Symbology behind the act of turning water into wine should be obvious. The idea of an infernal parallel to Luke is a fascinating one, what is strange is that there are not any obvious parallels to the other three evangelists so far.
As for their office in hell, an office under Zagan is the obvious choice. A personal assistant perhaps? One akin to a vice-presidency?
Additionally, the translation says he is not "in the shape of a man", but specifically that he is "wearing a human face”
