Let's talk YouTube creation!

I know some of you are content creators as well, and I think it's so essential to have community and share resources in this industry that's often so isolating!
The stream will be Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 12:00pm (noon) MT.
I know this might not be the ideal time for some folks, considering it's a weekday, but the Patron who initially requested this stream is in Europe, so I wanted to make sure to accommodate European time zones! If you can't attend but have questions, please feel free to leave them in the comments here! You will be able to watch the stream back later as a VOD if you can't make it live.
I figure we'll talk about stuff like:
- Logistics of creating and running a channel
- Technical processes for shooting and editing high-quality, attractive video
- Strategy for creating engaging videos, branding your channel, and marketing your videos
- Sponsorship and monetization
And probably much more.

I'm not sure if this is an answerable question but worth a shot! How do you transfer goals into actionable steps? For example, I want to get 50 subs a month until the end of the year but have a hard time visualizing things that I can do to get to that goal instead of just crossing my fingers.
