You might be wondering why V1-RS can only control other robots rather than Armstrong subjects like Chai. I did consider having V1-RS try to mind-control Chai but even if that would work, it's not in character for V1-RS to do so. It doesn't want to mind control him...
There's also the fact that it's using a prototype version of the SPECTRA death cube that Kale left lying around (Which I assume was only ever tested on robots) and V1-RS itself has only ever worked with robots so that's all it really knows. It doesn't entirely understand humans.

Making eye contact with a pursuer is one of the scariest tropes in horror imo and you did a great job portraying it with the pacing of the panels. The expressions are really nice here too! I can't believe the SCR-UB joke ended up being the most accurate prediction I made haha!
