Patreon tiers update

So I'm really bad about reading chat and posting updates to Patreon. I'm working on that. I'm going to get better. Today I've done a rework of all the tiers of patrons offered here.
- Changed the naming convention to something a little more suitable
- Added a perk for $25+: Get advice on your campaign planning / world building. (Email/Discord PM please)
- Removed the Patreon Discord Chat perk (anyone who is in before still has access, but no new access will be granted)
- Reworded everything for funzies
- Added a bottom of the barrel tier to give people down there a title
That's it for now. I'm really going to make an effort to make frequent posts here.
