Hello all,

I haven't addressed you all in a while so here I am catching up with you. How are you guys? I recently had a bad thoughts weekend where I remembered a friend of mine I lost to suicide and I just curled up into a ball for a day or two.

Also if you're at a tier where you get a monthly custom thing from me, I know I haven't sent off a message asking for anything yet, was trying to wait until I was all caught up, but I'll get to you guys and that one lingering file soon, I promise.

I do have happy news though, I just thought I'd get the dread and doom out of the way first.

This is gonna be really happy news for those of you who love female muscle growth as much as I do.
