I may have figured out my stream issue!

As many of you are aware, I haven't been able to stream for weeks now. Moving to Pennsylvania, I thought I'd be able to stream to my heart's content, but unfortunately, my stream would drop thousands of frames over the course of a few hours.
Last night, I got into a VC and a friend asked if I was still having issues. I said yes. He said "I know this is a dumb suggestion cuz there's no way you haven't thought of it already, but did you change the twitch server you're connected to on OBS?"
...
I'm a fucking moron.
Here's hoping it fixes this stupid issue once and for all.
