Cherry's Pie (Paid Post #1)

Cherry had been working at the pie shop for too damn long. Things were getting boring. The tips had even dried up.

She couldn't remember the last time she had shrunk past counter height because no one was getting her any pie. She had to buy it all herself to keep up appearances in the shop.

With money drying up and her towering over all the other waitresses, she could not be more depressed. Then, all of a sudden, a big spender from her past walked in. He had seen her so tall and hunched over, especially compared to the other girls. He decided to leave her a nice big tip. He ordered three large Cherry pies. Cherry smiled, cause she knew he tipped at least 30% every trip and wondered how much he'd tip her this time.

She went back into the kitchen and pulled the three pies out of the oven, balancing them with ease in her large hands as she walked back to his table. To her surprise the customer wasn't there. She deflated even more, was all this some ploy to lift her spirits and have them crashing down?

Then she saw it. On the table there was an envelope with CHERRY written in big block letters. She opened it up to find $500 and a note inside.

“Dear Cherry,

Please enjoy the pies on me. I hope you can get back into the swing of things soon.”

Cherry pocketed the $500 and brought the fresh Cherry pies into the back room Giggling the whole way. Even nibbling on the crust before she even got off the floor. She slinked into the break room and just started going to town on those pies. Feeling her stomach fill up and also shrink was an odd feeling, she'd felt it before, but it had been so long it was almost foreign to her again. Soon the table top was rising up her body.

Soon she was putting her feet into the chair, and even sooner after that, she was climbing onto the table. Giggling the entire way as she climbed up to the cup full of pencils and eating pie by the fistful, her smiles turned to giggles, and her giggles turned to laughter. She guessed things might be ok after all.
