I don't think it's in any of the pictures, but when I don't have help I thread long black paracord through the zipper. 1 loop through the zipper, the other end gets looped around a doorknob or something, and I just pull it taught, and turn my body to let the zipper slide easily over my shoulders. In this gallery I had help, which is always good.. but the first few times I didn't have help and had to figure it out!
