Roll20 skinning

Monday is normally my off day, but instead I spent all day reskinning Roll20 to fit better with the overlays and themes of our shows. Above is Dicing with Death, but I've posted Frozen Frontier on twitter (and will post others as they come) if you'd like to see that.
Design is not my strong point, so if you have feedback on the visuals of the roller section I'd readily welcome it.
At some point I'll probably release all the skinning data, but I'd like to get everything just right before sharing those files.
