Shampoo + Soap animated character sheets
Added 2023-09-10 16:14:56 +0000 UTCBeen working on trying to find a way to simplistically animate these little fellas just by using PNGs. Also trying to find shampoo's outfit, can't tell if I like this or if she needs more. Unfortunately all I have is IbisPaint and capcut in terms of animate tools. Does Adobe Animate or Illustrator perform this function?
