Various updates

There have been a slew of minor changes to things in January. Let's just nail down the ones I can remember off the top of my head.
- I've updated the Pantheon of the gods slightly. Agepa (Goddess of the hunt) has had her symbol changed. Also Woomatoor is now Womaatoar.
- The elemental planes have been shifted 180°.
- Halfling lifespan has been reduced to be inline with half elves, about 1.5x human age span.
- I've written up a broad look at Elven society and how it differs from humans. I'm hoping to emphasize the difference in longlived vs shortlived creatures going forward and use that as a source of conflict. (See the subsection on elves)
- The night sky has been mapped out and updated with constellations and a background hue depending on what part of the sky you're looking at.
As always, the world of Arcadia is growing more detailed and more in depth. I hope you find these tools/lore useful!
