So, apologies for the second idea post, but I was thinking...new chapter of Queen and Protector, with Royal!Tea selecting her dance partner to open the Valentine's Ball... ...her common-born Protector. Both nervous as hell, under the disapproving glares and snide remarks of the elite, but proud and defiant over this relationship they've kept secret for far too long.

Here's my spin on it, Your mutual friends lock you two (who hate each other Tea being a punk bully) in a room together with all the mushy love stuff until the next morning. they hope you guys get along by then. First fighting and blaming each other, talking while drinking wine, flirting with blatant insults, kissing, and ending with a "How about we take this to the next level, Sweetie? *giggle*" If this is a long v-day special I would love to hear a frisky ending, (side note about IRL. Who also turns out has been crushing hard too, but been too intimidated to ever say anything due to her popularity. A game of deception, diversion, and distraction with the goal to "accidentally" sit them alone together. This, of course, brings back memories of the listener's rush of bravery in asking Tea out for coffee (only to melt into a puddle of goopy flailing goop when she kissed them good night). Which leads to soft, whispery reminiscing cuddles on the pub patio. <3 My teeth hurt just thinking about the potential sweetness.

Friends to lovers. Two friends are very close to each other. Neither one of them are seeing anyone else. They both agree they don't want to do any of the valentine's day stuff. "It's so commercial, it's all about money" etc. So together they just chill, grab a pizza play some games and end up watching a movie. Well everything on Netflix (or equivalent) is advertising romantic comedy... "we can't get away from it" so they decide let's just watch one and we can make fun of it. Turns out to be a friend's to lovers movie. They try to make fun of it, but they start to see the similarity of their own relationship to one being displayed on screen. "But, it's so unrealistic... I mean if you like someone that much you'd just tell them......right?" They both awkwardly confess their long held feelings to each other....and one of them (you can choose) just so have happened to have brought some valentine's chocolate.... it's not like it was their plan along....
