I'm sorry to hear that YouTube and its shitty practices have driven you from the site. Honestly, the only reason I still use YouTube anymore is because of the creators on there. I gave up on the company some time ago for socio-political reasons but it affects ALL of their creators. If you are looking for somewhere else to post your content, I'd like to recommend somewhere like Rumble, Bitchute, Minds.com, or Odysee. They are a couple of sites that have set themselves up as competitors of YouTube for video sharing and social engagement that I learned about from several of the political commentators I watch on Youtube who were unhappy with YouTube's censorship and bias.

I just want to say even if the treatment is bad you did belong, there are many creators like you who belong also, you and all of them deserve a place there. You had such a high reach on people, or the chance of new people finding you. I hope this isn’t a rash decision to delete your channel, it would be a shame to lose all your hard work, yes even if you’ll upload it elsewhere I fear it won’t be the same. It is best to quit while ahead and with a conscious choice than to be coerced to doing it. To seek a new destination, a fresh start where your talents can flourish. I don't know why it tends to happen, but some communities and platforms tend to go sour as they age, rather than aging like a fine wine. You might have to leave... for a long time and then come back. But the return might not be welcome even then. Some ties may even have to be cut permanently, like with Youtube. I am not making videos either anymore since I don't get much out of it. 8 years and over 70 videos and I'm still just over 20 subscribers. It is a waste. I haven't been involved with the Patreon communities including yours nearly as much as I should. And to do something of my own with my art on my Patreon page... as a side business thing. It would serve me better. I have to go and explore the history of the artists that I love further. Broadening the horizons.
