I wrote that comment after getting out of a very toxic 2 year long relationship. I was at my absolute lowest and was haunted by nightmares of my ex. This audio (and many of your others) provided much needed comfort that helped me get to sleep when it felt helpless. While I still occasionally use this audio to help me get to sleep, I am now in a much better place, going to therapy, and moving on with my life, and it is at least partially thanks to you, so, once again, thank you so much Tea. If anyone else happens to stumble onto this, it might be hard, but it does get better.
