This is a "small" home on a 30x20 lot built specifically for a single mom with two boys. The children's room is creatively designed to be a shared space between a toddler and child. The greenhouse in the backyard has gardening skill building plots. My next SIX homes are all mega mansions so I hope you enjoy this cozy, heavily cluttered home! Notes: Run the Cat's & Dogs batch fix and if there is a MACOSX folder in the zip file, make sure that nothing in that folder makes it's way into your Mods folder - it will give you a message that you have corrupted CC as those are just resource files. Enjoy!
