It's here! I love this home so much, and I'm confident that you will too! Here are the quick faq about the build: (also, if there are routing issues ie. Sim won't get in the bed or sit on the sofa, remove or change the bedding/pillows. Often times it's just the clutter on the couches that are in the way.)

Lot was saved on a 40x40 lot but the build itself is designed for a 40x30 lot
5 bedroooms x 4 bathrooms
3 living room spaces including a lofted living room space
Office
Family style/oriented backyard including activities for pets.

Packs predominately used: Seasons, Jungle Adventure (rock mountain waterfall in front of home + Pool water color CC), Spa Day and Vampires (outdoor fencing/gates)

If you place the lot and find that the windows are rainbow colored, that is because you're missing the texture file. Redownload the windows here and be sure to include the texture package file in your mods folder; the problem will be resolved then xo
