St. Majesty Villa
Added 2019-07-12 23:51:17 +0000 UTCShe's here! Honestly, I hated this build while I was creating it which forced me to take much longer than needed to finish -- but I'm so glad that I pushed through! I built this villa with Air BnB in mind; you'll notice small details like menu cards on the counters and tables to serve as "welcome/enjoy your stay notes" or would include the property manager's contact info in case of emergency. I also envisioned that this would be a place for a triple couple's retreat so I included three full adult bedroom suites, each with its own advantage:
- The first floor suite opens up directly to the pool/dining gazebo.
- The second (my favorite) has the most gorgeous views and the BEST bathroom I've ever built.
- The third is essentially a small apartment on its own.
You could, of course, have your family live here full time! Whatever you want, really.
- 40x30 lot in Sulani
- 3 beds x 3 baths
- Full chef's kitchen + dining space
- One small office space included in bedroom suite #3
- Large pool and outdoor bar
- Outdoor dining
- Tons of outdoor lounge options
- Private walk out to beach
PACKS USED: Vampires (outdoor fencing), Spa Day (white stone slabs in pool + stone bathtub), Jungle Adventure (a number of plants/foliage and pool water color), Island Living (plants and doors), Vintage Glamour (large upstairs windows - can be replaced with medium window of your choosing), Get Together (pool vents on pavement plus drain pipes on exterior), Outdoor Retreat (not really sure, but I'm certain its on the exterior. Probably plants).
