IX Landgraab Apartment

The goal was to maintain my signature aesthetic while incorporating some warm and bright colors. I think that this apartment is unisex so it can fit Sim couples of all types! It's definitely not suitable for Sims with young children as currently designed. I'd recommend using a family that either has no children or has a teenager. Even if your Sim is already settled into another home, this would be a great "Air BnB" kind of loft for the role players and story tellers.
- 2 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms
- Master suite includes walk in closet
- Office Space
- Kitchen includes: wine cellar, open bar and open laundry room
- Not suitable for a family with young children as currently designed
- Landgraab apt on left side
