BEFORE PLEDGING, PLEASE READ: FAQs.

I've received quite a lot of messages and most of them ask the same questions, so I'm creating this cheat sheet for future reference. 

1.) I've pledged to the Gold tier, can I have the links to xyz?

Yes and no. Yes, for this tier you're granted access to the current month's content so I'll gladly send those but, to download anything posted before the current month, you'll need to upgrade to the Platinum tier.

2.) There are some older builds that I want, but the posts are locked - how can I download them?

By pledging to the Platinum tier.

3.) How long will it take for you to send me links to the builds?

Possibly 24 hours or less, but I ask for 48 hours in case my offline life gets hectic. I work full-time and am married with children so it's not always possible for me to respond right away. I'm typically online early mornings (5am-6am) and send links to patrons then. If the time elapsed since your initial contact has exceeded 3 days, feel free to nudge me with a follow up message here, via email (hermajestybuilds@gmail.com) or on Instagram DM @hermajestybuilds.

4.) I pledged but I don't see any posts? Have I done something wrong?

No! This is what Gold tier patrons usually see until I upload something for that month. On the last day of the month, anything posted for that month is moved to the Platinum tier. After posts are moved, if you're not pledged to the Platinum tier, it'll appear that everything is locked. This is normal and planned. Membership to the Gold tier includes two builds per month - please be patient as I work diligently to provide worthwhile content for you all. Sometimes it can take me a full three weeks to finish one build. My "veteran" patrons can tell you that the longer it takes me, the better the content usually is. Patience is definitely key to a stress free membership for you - I always deliver and you can follow me on Instagram @hermajestybuilds to get first peaks when lots are done. :) 

5.) After I pledge to the Platinum tier, what's next?

Any build posted before January 2020 has the download links directly in the post, so you won't need to message me for those. Anything afterwards, send me the names of the builds you'd like in single message - in a list. I'll gather up your personalized links, then happy simming for you!
