Blue are your feelings towards her.
If you hover over, it will expand out to show you values for your loyalty, attraction, admiration etc.
Note, this is the most amount of stuff that will be on the screen at one time...appreciate it's getting a bit cramped now.

That's a really great QoL adjustment, this really helps with keeping track of interactions and attitudes concerning characters for when doing replays to pursue different romances or different paths for the story.
