Daily Update 7/7

So the update is essentially ready, but before I release it I want to do a full play-through to make sure there are not a bunch of glaringly obvious bugs I missed. I have a running list of things I want to change on my planning pages, also posting it on the dev thoughts section in the discord from now on if anyone wants to see it, or has comments they would like to add. Some big changes I already made. The battles were FAR to easy with the items, like I knew they were going to be, so I upped the difficulty a bit. By up to 6x on later fights. Then as I was speedrunning through the ranks, I noticed this is still crazy easy. So I made it all 10x more difficult. That was still too easy. Essentially the issue is down to just how broken Rudeus's last skill is. When equipped with full legendary gear. Like for an example I increased a bunch of the enemies health to 200,000. And their defense to 800 (It was only at 5 before...)

AND HE STILL WAS HITTING FOR 2 MILLION DAMAGE! One shotting everything.
So one thing I did was scaled the HP of the enemies back down a bit and instead, changed the random rolls scaled that down by 10x to make it so that I cant be running around with 900 dex, and 600 INT with a 600% Crit Damage multiplier. So I am going to restart my save and try the battles again, but only after I finish speedrunning through the main story. Because I am still making sure I get this update out tomorrow.

Just an TLDW for the video, everything is fixed and the update is in the final testing phases, it will be released to the 20$ tier patrons tomorrow. Also some of my thoughts during the playthrough so far that I would love some feedback on.

What do you guys think about making boss battles 1x only?

Also what do you think about me re making the lobby of the Merc Group building.

And completely getting rid of the mission board?

I am debating if I should either A. Keep going with the thing of putting everything in the book. or B. Putting a second book in the office, on your desk that brings up the battles?

I am thinking something like you click the book, then an animation plays where you reach out and pick up and open the book, that transitions to a screen with the mission there.

Then I was thinking either Text buttons that just say the Mission ranks, or maybe image buttons with images of the monsters you have to slay? I am not sure. Let me know your thoughts.

So I finished my playthrough, adjusted the difficulty a bit more, fixed the 2 bugs I found. And made a wrote a full changelog for you all to see here, so you know what will be in tomorrows update.
I am currently compressing the game to upload it. I am going to need to make 2 compressed versions the lightly compressed and the heavily compressed version for mobile users. I need the 20$ tier supporters to message me, either on here or on discord to let me know what they want to see for their exclusive scene for the next update. I did not make one for this update mainly because this update was not even supposed to happen. But if you guys want your exclusive scene for the next update, you gotta let me know what you want to see.

Here is the Change Log for the Alpha 3 update.

- Added New stats Dexterity for Dodge chance, Intelligence for Skill Damage, Critical Chance and Critical Damage for bonus Damage.
- Added A stat allocation system
- Removed the player getting defined stats per level up.
- Added Skill Progression system
- Added 5 new Skills to the game.
- Changed a lot of characters existing skills, to fit their characters better.
- Increased some skills damage.
- Added Inventory to the Book.
- Added Equipment page to the book.
- Re-made all of the status pages in the book to account for new stats
- Added Mouse Hover tool tips to more areas of the game, mainly the Inventory.
- Added Gacha system
- Added 107 Items for Gacha system (With Randomized Stats)
- Added Equipment Leveling System (With Randomized Stat Roll Increases)
- Increased the NPCs money amount from 500 to 10,000, so players can sell unwanted items.
- Added a new feature that resets vender NPCs cash on hand when the player sleeps.
- Re-Balanced Battle Difficulty - Made it harder, because the equipment made it far to easy.
- Fixed a bug that would not allow the player to complete Pursena's Questline.
- Fixed a bug Where the helper told the player to do the wrong thing.

Planned features to add to next update:
- New book page that shows amount of missions completed.
- New way to start battles
- Remove ability to fight bosses multiple times.
- Add a new page for Hints system.
- Completely remodel lobby of Merc Group.
- Nanahoshi's story.
- Translations for Spanish and Russian will hopefully be ready by then.
