Daily Update 8/5

Still working on getting animations for Route 2. But after looking into the it, the 9 position orgy is going to essentially be the same between routes 2 and 3, So what did I do today? I finished all the variable animations. (The ones that were not the same between routes 2 and 3. Which were anything involving Misaki, anything involving more than 1 dude, and also the stuff for Izumi.) If you don't know Izumi is a futa character in the game, I was asked to make a futa character so I made her way back in chapter 7? I think? Maybe 6? I dont remember anymore lol. But I said if someone had a specific fetish they wanted me to add that I was not completely against, I would do my best to do that for you all. I then made sure to make 2 versions of her model 1 futa, and one non futa. But after I already made a bunch of her positions for route 2 I was thinking to myself.... As someone who is not into futa, and does not want to research it, aka if someone wants that then you need to message me and let me know... "Do people who like Futa characters want to see the futa chick getting fucked by a dude? That just seems like regular sex where the chick is wearing a strap on or something right? So maybe what they wanted to see was a chick screwing other chicks?" That is what made sense to me, but then I was like oh... but what if they wanted to see a futa character banging a dude... I am not against that or judging, not into it myself but yea. So I decided to replace one of the male characters in the orgy with futa Izumi, then non futa izumi would just be in the positions I already had ready. Basically futa on Izumi bangs chicks for 8 positions and bangs a dude for 1. Futa turned off, Izumi has no penis and just has a good time like the other girls there. I mean even before I turned her into the futa character of the story, I already had planned to make her a bi character which is why she is closer to the other girls than to the guys, and why she often talks about her ex girlfriends. And all that. Sorry rambling. Been working 20+ hours straight again.

But yea so I finished all the variant animations, then also finished up to position 3 for the non variants. 3/9. The benefit of sectioning it out like this means I just took it from 3 scenes of 9 positions each that are almost the same so needing to make 27 positions, to just combining it all together and now I only need to make the orgy scene animations once and can reuse them for the other routes stuff. I am currently up to 484 animations for this update. I think I am around halfway through getting the animations? Once I finish this orgy scene though the rest of the scenes should be flying by again. It just takes awhile to make this many animations. Think about it like this most game devs do What like 50-100 animations per update? where as this is going to be right around 1000 animations. The crazy part to think about for me is the fact that the entire game as a whole without counting this update is already at 2,200+ animations. So just this update is going to be adding nearly 50% more animations. Thats crazy right?

Another thing I noticed was that I kinda speed ran through writing the dialogue for Route 3 with is a nono, so I am going to be writing more there when I get to animating that area. Kinda bugs me that the dialogue bit is only like 3 paragraphs for the entire update on route 3. So I figure I will be adding a couple more conversations to it. I didn't want to spoil what it was which is why I have been vague the last couple of updates but essentially..... DO NOT READ PAST THIS IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE END OF CHAPTER 9 ROUTE 3 SPOILED FOR YOU!!!!
Essentially Route 3 is going to be the Ryou stands up for himself and moves on route. I saw a lot of comments about how people liked Ryou's character more before when he stood up for himself and was a bit of a dick, so I mean during the later part of chapter 8 and all of chapter 9 I brought that back, Im sure you noticed. But essentially Route 3 is when Misaki tries to take Ryou back he basically is like nah fuck that, I am a member of the circle so I can fuck you whenever I feel like and I don't need to in a relationship with you, She cries asking for him back and he is like get fucked. Ends up deciding he is going to start dating someone else. (Multiple Choice for that will be in chapter 10.) But due to them breaking up for real this time, he ends up deciding to spend some more time with Josie as she is going to be one of the options for his new GF. Currently in the story for route 3 I basically have (this is only the chapter 9 part 3 stuff.) He denies Misaki, is in the orgy, then leaves to go stay at josies, they have like 10 lines of dialogue and fuck with 5 positions. and thats all I had. Thats what I meant when I said It isn't enough. I think I am going to do some thing different. Just a random idea off the top of my head here.... Ryou and josie get to her house, sit on the couch, they start talking, Ryou finds out about her ex bf and why she wanted to join the circle in the first place, she asks about what was up with that girl at the circle she could sense something far deeper than just sex there especially when the girl started weeping when they left. Ryou has a flashback sequence going over the first few chapters in his own POV about what happened to him and why he will never forgive her. Then go over what happened at the swingers club and why he broke things off. After their convo Josie decides she wants him that starts the 5 position sex scene, as the scene starts we fade away to see Misaki still weeping while talking with Kishimoto. where he tells her while he feels for her, it really is all her fault at this point and while he fucked up in the past he was also the one that fixed her relationship and it was her choice to fuck it all up again. So he isn't going to help her this time. She then tries to seduce him. Which is when we get a split screen sex scene on the left showing Ryou and Josie and on the right Misaki and Kishimoto. During this scene Kishimoto should be talking dirty to misaki calling her a slut so on and so forth, which makes her more upset, while Ryou is being caring with Josie, not loving but making sure she is enjoying herself. at the end of the scene we should see Kishimoto nut and walk away. Where as Ryou and josie finish and fall asleep next to each other. The final images for the chapter should be a side by side with Misaki curled up in a ball crying alone, and Josie asleep on Ryous chest with a smile on her face.


OK FTR I HAVE NO IDEA IF THAT IS SOMETHING I AM GOING TO DO!!! I am tired as FUCK and I just started writing got in the zone and kept going. Part of me wants to delete that all because if I do use that people will feel like they got spoiled and might be upset. But at the same time its a rare insight into my writing process(Yea I know not great) Thats generally how I write the chapters though. I will do a rough draft like that for a scene. Then break it down into just the important bulletpoints to make sure I hit them all. And any things we should "See" I put a note on it like the camera should be facing this way or that way. Then once I am done with the 3 scenes per route, I write out all the dialogue not just the bulletpoints. When I have the dialogue I can then use that to help my imagination see what the scene should look like and I use that to animate it. Once its animated, I convert, rename and organize the files, add them to the script. Then write the code for everything, run through all three routes to make sure they dont break then release the update.

Sorry this is my longest post yet mainly because I am too tired and I just keep typing. Real talk I am literally in a discord call right now with one of my friends, and since I started typing this out I havent said a word in the call other than yup, uh huh, and I am writing.. Am I an asshole for that? maybe.... Well I better end the post here, I will update you all tomorrow. I am hoping to get the orgy scene done tomorrow. But we will see.
