Introducing Selina Ardris
Added 2024-08-20 13:20:05 +0000 UTCSelina Ardris, a skilled pilot and coordinator, was drawn to the Black fleet not for its unitarian ideology but for the promise of exploration and independence.
Raised in a family of 6 sisters and 2 brothers and 8 mums. She has two Velara mums, an ancient word meaning ‘heartkeeper’ those who breastfed and raised her. 4 Lorena mums (on-off caregivers) and 2 Astraea mums (distant star walkers who aren’t round much).
Ironically, Selina found herself drawn to her Astrea’s, they were so career driven, independent and talented. Anytime they came home, Selina would rush to pepper them with questions and please for more training. While she outwardly supports the fleet's ideals, Serina secretly believes that true strength lies in compassion, often subtly defying her superiors to help those in need. It’s no secret to most in the blackfleet that hidden-acts of.
compassion is important, but Selina hates having to pretend just for the sake of looking strong. Selina is curious of humans, especially the males; and whilst excited about romantic encounters, she is very much not interested in settling down. Much like the Astrea mums she idolised, she aims for a more self driven, carefree lifestyle. Note: All character art is hand drawn
