Reminder - Victoria is badass, a fleet captain but also (and more importantly) an arbiter of Judgements hand. Victoria is extremely ruthless, quick to violence and doesn't suffer fools lightly.
Of course, she does have a softer side, in private. She has a lot of loose ends back at Earth and see's humanity as being too soft. She, whilst not a top leader in the foundation of man has significant influence; she is their hammer to weild.
