Remember you play as both Straker and Brian (but mostly Straker).
But let me break down how the relationship stuff goes.

Note - a big goal of this game is to give you something other games can't, a more realistic way of building relationships. Not linear but not what modern games call "Open" either.

1. As straker you can date anyone at any time.
2. Harem = yes
3. Fel and Morrigan wont date you if you are with anyone else.
4. But if you ditch them and become single, Fel/Morrigan will "take you on."
5. You can OUT RIGHT REJECT Fel and/Or Morrigan (not soft reject) in which case, they will be gutted but move on with their life; this opens the door for Brian to go with one of them.
6. Just like in real life, people make up, break up, make up again. So for the first 75% of the game, you can re-kindle old flames.
7. Before the last quarter of the game, you'll be prompted "if you want to commit to someone, do it now". The ending will vary based on if you are with Fel/Morrigan, or the inner core of characters Tabby,Kira etec. Or anyone else. or lone wolf. So effectively - 5 potential endings.
8. NewGame+ people will react to you differently, and you can get both Morrigan and Fel as your wive's but you have to help them get over their differences.
