tablet stopped working.

I updated some drivers (including one for my tablet), and then suddenly everything turned to shit. My tablet stopped working, my printer/scanner wouldn't connect, and errors popped up for the most basic things on my PC in general.
I spent most of yesterday trying to fix it with 0 success so just decided to completely reformat my PC. I backed up all my files for art etc, so didn't lose any of that, which is something. But unfortunately I am still having problems with my tablet.
Been trying for the last 8 hours to fix this. Yes, 8 hours. My cursor just flashes repeatedly when I use the tablet pen and nothing works. I don't know what to do. I've tried everything I have found on forums and nothing helps.
I'm not going to give up until I fix it. Because I literally can't finish anything without it so I'm kind of fucked otherwise. But yeah, I'm sorry for the lack of posting. My scanner still isn't working either so I can't even scan the sketches I have. :(
I promise I will find a fix for it soon. I'm legitimately really upset and just want to go to bed, but if I can't draw that's worse.
