Demi-Kira and Lore Time

Lore time. It's not just Fel who has a Demi form. Kira waits until no ones around to show you and get your approval.

THE DEMI PROGRAM

The Demi program, is a Sekarri initiative that allows them to change their physical appearance - in the direction of an alien species; but not completely, just to meet them round about half way.

In the case above, Kira is in human form.

To understand the Demi-Program, you need to learn a bit about Sekarri history. I’ll do a part 2 on that later, and talk more about the insane ethical problems they had once genetic engineering had finally been cracked on their planet.

However ,in the modern day, the Sekarri have experience with meeting aliens; not a lot, but some. Over the years, they learned to bend a little when it comes to first contact. Some, such as the Mirlexians have a deep, primal phobia of furry fanged animals - it can paralyze them in fear.

Others such as the Kethri, are reminded of a kind of belligerent vermin on their old planet they couldn’t control….and of course, there are the humans - that instantly want to pet them, which, to most isn’t a problem at all!

Regardless, over the years the Sekarri refined and augmented the Demi program, it allowed them to integrate with the locals on expeditions and mediate initial negotiations- to establish first contact more quickly and then slowly transition and reveal their real form once trust has been established.

But the demi program requires research, initial investigation - so how did they develop Demi-Human form, without having humans to scan?? According to Kira Virethorn and Evren, it’s simply not possible.

That means…. maybe the Sekarri had access to HUMANS BEFORE ARRIVING TO EARTH!
