Removed $10+ tier Commission slots / Art focus update.

If you aren't happy with this change and were just here for the slots, by all means discontinue your pledge, fully and completely understand.
If you emailed/messaged attempting to get a commission through the $10+ tier announcements during 2019 and were not chosen, or you have just recently signed up before the 18th of March and never had a chance, message me here on patreon and you will be refunded if that's what you'd prefer (Only for the span of 2019, I need to be a little fair on myself with this.)
I will send refunds at the start of April, you don't need to continue pledging to receive it if you aren't happy with the change. I am only offering refunds up until June, by that point anyone interested will have seen. I'm just sorry for the hassle.
