I got called in by the boss today for some "Sensitivity Training". It was me and 6 other guys, all from different floors and departments. I'd never met them before in my life. They tell us we're too overly confident in our opinions, that we think we're always right and that we need to stop yelling and listen to what others say. I tried to explain to the guy he didn't understand, what I say is REALLY important actually but I was cut off by one of the other men in attendance who claimed his word was in fact, approved by Gods and so while he does agree with me, the way he would say it would be more correct than mine. Long story short what we all discovered by the end of it was, we were all subbed to the patreon and had inflated egos from our comments being liked and THIS was why our wives had left us all. What I'm saying is can you guys stop liking the comments for just a month, just to take off the psychic edge a bit.
