I agree you nailed it, but I think it's more that Maggie's has to keep up the act that she's inexperienced as I doubt that's her first blowjob, especially if her and Anna are fuck buddies. Plus her cherry was already gone when she had sex with Mary, and there's also the fact that no virgin would *ever* be able to accommodate Mary's monster as easily as she did.
